My Whiteflash Diamond Purchase

I recently Purchased a A Cut Above Diamond from Whiteflash and must say I am thoroughly impressed with Whiteflash and there staff. After a significant amount of due-diligence with Diamonds and online buying I made the decision that Whiteflash is a superior company with top notch products and service. Having hesitations with making a large purchase online and not physically seeing the diamond in person I was nervous but my consultant helped answer all my questions. My consultant replied to my countless emails in a timely fashion and helped narrow down the final three diamonds. The quality photos of the actual diamond magnified and performance images are excellent and help buyers make educated decisions. All the other members of the Whiteflash team were wonderful and made the entire process smooth. The Product arrived when expected and I was thoroughly impressed by the Diamond. The quality is superb. The diamond is bright, sparkles in all settings and exceeded my expectations. I am Writing this review to help all those who are hesitant about making a Diamond purchase online. Whiteflash is top notch I recommend them to everyone who is looking for the best Diamond at the best prices. You won't be disappointed!!!

It was a pleasure working with Becca and the Whiteflash team to design the perfect engagement ring for me and my fiancé!

Becca was great answering any questions I had and providing photos and videos of the diamonds that I was interested in. Every diamond that they showed me was gorgeous and I ended up picking a 2.09ct from their precision lab. They held it for me with a $1k refundable deposit while we were discussing a custom ring. They were very patient with me as I changed the ring design a few times and worked with me until I was 100% happy with the design! After paying for the diamond and ring, it took a little over 4 weeks. It came with a Cherry Wood Ring Box, which is a little on the bigger side, and nice packaging, including all of the diamond certifications. I would highly recommend Whiteflash! The actual diamond/ Ideal-scope/ASET/and Actual Hearts images/videos of their vetted diamonds basically guarantee you'll get a high performance round diamond (if that's what you're going for)!

My experience with Whiteflash was incredible!

From day one, Becca helped me out with the process. I was able to get in touch with her over email and on the phone. She is very patient, explained everything so well, and took the stress out out of the process. She remained in touch throughout and kept me updated. She was very helpful with the stone and ring selection and sent really good pictures and videos of the stone once it was brought in by them. The ring I selected was originally meant for a round stone (and I wanted an oval), and she was quickly able to check for me if that request could be accommodated by the ring-maker. As for the website itself, the experience there was great as well. The filters present on the site for searching stones are great, and I was easily able to narrow down my selection to a handful of stones after I did my research on diamonds (which btw, I would highly recommend - it is pretty cool to know all these cool details about diamonds). The service (aside from Becca) was also very great. They were patient and helped me process my payment through my preferred method.
