Whiteflash- quality products and amazing customer service

I was looking around for an engagement ring and after some research I made the decision to buy it online. I checked out a couple of websites and decided to go with Whiteflash for their "A Cut Above" diamond. I had the pleasure in dealing with my great consultant. She was extremely helpful and patient. She had answer all my questions and gave me some great advices. I picked out the diamond and the setting on a Friday and it was completed and shipped the following Monday! The staffs at Whiteflash ensured that the entire ordering and shipping process went smoothly. The product itself was impressive and exceeded all my expectations. I would definitely recommend Whiteflash for their quality products and amazing customer service.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
