Whiteflash- Great experience from search to purchase

I had a great experience with every aspect of purchasing my fiancée’s engagement ring through WhiteFlash. The first positive experience was with the information on the site to point out the important things to look for in a diamond and how differences in ratings (for cut, color, and clarity) will affect the actual appearance of the stone. After getting an initial idea of what I was looking for, I started adding items to my Wish List on the website in order to come back to them and compare. The Wish List is a good feature in and of itself, as it lets you save the items you're interested in and also compare them side by side. A few days after starting the Wish List, I was contacted by a WhiteFlash representative via email, offering to answer any questions that I had. I set up a phone conversation with her, during which time I shared with her what I was looking for and asked her a number of questions -- we were on the phone for at least 30 minutes, and she was very willing to answer all of my many questions and she was able to provide useful insight into the process that really helped me narrow my search even further. I worked withmy consultant for the next few weeks, going back and forth with different options of diamonds and rings, and eventually I chose a combination that she had helped find. I never felt pressured and I always received a prompt response. I was initially worried about buying through an online retailer, but having my consultants one-on-one attention made the process so much better and I'd recommend others consider Whiteflash as well. My fiancée and I are both thrilled with the ring.
