There really are many reasons why I thoroughly enjoyed working with WF and continue to recommend you to everyone. Here are a couple reasons. 1. The cut and quality of the ring are truly superb. I have friends that were suckered into rings with what I would call more "gimmicks" and a lesser cut and when you catch a view of my wife's hand next to my friend's wives hands, there really is no comparison, as my Dad put it... Its like my lady has a headlight hanging off her finger! 2. I set out to buy my love a diamond ring she would cherish forever, and since day one, she has loved the ring. She and I went on a trip last week and the night before we left I saw her cleaning her ring to make sure it sparkled its best (of course she was using the WF cleaning kit that you sent with the ring). 3a. I knew I was dealing with an upstanding company when my consultant first contacted me and asked how I found out about WF, I of course told her I had found WF through pricescope.com and had researched/read everything they had on there for the past 3 weeks, so I knew what I was looking for. This didn't intimidate her in the least, in fact her response was just the opposite of what I expected and she said "Great! Now I know i'm dealing with an informed customer who will know what I'm talking about". That spoke volumes, because it told me that WF wasn't going to try and pull the wool over my eyes, rather was going to give the straight story. 3b. Speaking of the straight story... The fact that all your prices are clearly listed on the website was HUGE!!! Once again, it spoke volumes of the upstanding company i was dealing with that you're not afraid to list your prices. I had talked to other jewelery stores who wanted to pull the old "what are you looking to pay?" which I took as "I'm going to soak you for whatever I can"; none of that with WF! Finally, the biggest compliment I can give to WF was that my brother went with you. He is a very cautious person, but he knew that I was very happy with WF so when he said "I need help with buying my lady a ring" I knew he was putting a lot of faith in me, and since I had a lot of faith in WF, I could easily say "Lets go to WF's website and start looking". By the way, he too read pricescope top to bottom, so he knew what he wanted as well! Thank you for continuing to be a great company to work with!!!
