Love my three-stone ring! This was a birthday present form my husband. We decided to buy at Whiteflash because of the information on cut and clarity that they provide, ability to choose the actual stones and excellent quality of their diamonds(we shopped at Whiteflash before). The end result exceeded my expectations! Clarity, brilliance and sparkle of my diamonds is amazing! It sparkles in ANY light conditions. So beautiful! Service was great too! We had all questions answered, they kept in touch via email and phone and even did a follow-up providing with valuable instructions as to the care. After placing the order and receiving delivery time frame I asked if it was possible to get the ring a little sooner because we had planned to be out of town at the time and Whiteflash did that. I received my ring just before our trip and proudly wore it! Thank you Whiteflash for my incredible new ring!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
