I wouldn''t hesitate to recommend whiteflash to anyone looking for an online vendor.

First let me say I hope you made it through the hurricane ok. It seems like it turned out to be much ado about nothing but of course I wasn''t there and could be wrong about it, I certainly hope everything was ok for you, your family, and friends. I wanted to thank you for helping me with my diamond. I was really nervous about buying online but you made the whole thing easy. You were honest and approachable with any question or subject and I really felt like you were giving me all the information you could so I could make the choice on my own, which I really appreciated. I love the diamond and I''m sure my girlfriend will love the ring once I give it to her. I wouldn''t hesitate to recommend whiteflash to anyone looking for an online vendor.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
