Best customer experience I have encountered in!

I was absolutely blown away by my experience with Whiteflash! I was looking to buy an engagement ring for my girlfriend. Their very friendly jewelry consultant helped guide me with her expertise which was very much needed as I felt way out of my depth. Once we had settled on a diamond and setting and my order was placed, the communication was first class right up until the package arrived via FedEx -- all the way to Sydney, Australia. Every person I came into contact with were all an absolute pleasure to deal with. Seeing the diamond and setting in the flesh once it arrived was even better than the pictures that had been emailed me before it was shipped out (which was a lovely touch I must say!). The follow up once it had arrived to ensure I was happy was also very impressive. I really could not fault the entire experience and could not be happier with my purchase. I cannot recommend Whiteflash highly enough!
