Thank you so very much for all of your help over the course of these last few months! I ended up proposing not 5 hours after I picked up the ring to maximize the element of surprise, and was lucky enough to completely blindside her.Your calm and ability to sell the misleading suggestion that production would take at least 8 weeks really helped! As planned, I reprogrammed a level of Super Mario World to spell out "will you marry me?" in question blocks. What I didn't anticipate was that she would miss the message in her diligent attempts to find Yoshi. After a few extra passes and some not so delicate hinting (hun, do you see if the question boxes spell out anything?), she was able to finally see it. I truly enjoyed my first purchase experience with Whiteflash and we will definitely be back when we start the process for the wedding rings. You were so amazing in helping me make this work remotely from Dallas, and I will make sure to recommend both the company and yourself to all of my friends.What an amazing customer experience you have provided! We'll be seeing you in the coming months, so you haven't gotten rid of me yet!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

The ring is great! I just proposed and she said yes!
