I am very satisfied with the service from Whiteflash.

I would like to start by saying that the ring was absolutely gorgeous. That was my personal reaction to after seeing it, but the reaction that really mattered was that of my fiance's. We had an engagement ceremony and dinner where I gave her the ring and she was beyond happy and ecstatic after seeing the ring. All her friends have also told her how lucky she is and how amazing the ring is. She has repeatedly told me how this ring was what she had always imagined and she cant stop staring at it. At times she has gotten so mesmerized staring at it that she forgot to pay attention to what someone was saying to her. I must tell you that I am very happy that I made the purchase from Whiteflash.The service was very prompt and since I had to leave the country for the engagement, Whiteflash customer service did a complimentary overnight delivery so I could receive the ring in time for my departure. I am very satisfied with the service from Whiteflash and would definitely recommend it.

I worked with Becca and she made the process really easy. When the diamond came in she sent photos and videos so I could see exactly what I was getting and answered all the questions I had. Whiteflash sets an incredibly high bar for quality. You can't go wrong!
