White flash Customer Service is Top Notch!

Awesome experience overall shopping for an engagement ring. They have an excellent selection of rings and diamonds, and the prices and quality are unbeatable. I checked out many competitors, and they can't hold a candle to Whiteflash. Diamond quality is also much higher than competitors. If you buy one of the "cut above" diamonds, rest assured it will be a pure winner. The brilliance of the diamond is insane. I also like that they show pictures of the diamond and display gem reports online. Customer service is also top notch, not to mention turnaround time. It really is 5-star service.

I meant to send a message last night to confirm that I picked up your package, but I was temporarily blinded by my diamond's sparkle, so I couldn't see the computer screen ;-) I am truly amazed, not only by the gorgeous diamond, but also by your presentation, and how carefully you packaged everything. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
