I wanted to write to let you know that my wife and I received your gift basket sent to us to celebrate the birth of our daughter. What a great surprise it was to see a package like that sent proactively by your company. We want to sincerely thank you for the gift, whomever may have been responsible. Even if it is simply a standard follow-up procedure with all of your customers who purchase "push presents" from you, the gift is much appreciated and will definitely come in handy. Obviously not all companies out there provide this extra gesture of customer service.
