My fiance truly loves her ring!

I recently got back from Africa, where my girlfriend and I climbed Mt Kilimanjaro and relaxed after for a few days on an island south of Zanzibar. There I proposed to her in a lagoon, and she eagerly said "yes"! I didn't want to bring the real thing with me on a trip to Africa. She thought that the ring that I proposed with was the real thing, and for a $20 CZ six pronged ring from Amazon, it did look pretty good and she was v happy with it. I picked up the Whiteflash ring after I returned home. That afternoon, I told heri that what was on her finger was fake and showed her the real thing. Ohhh Wow!!! Her eyes lit up and so did mine. The ring was beautiful and more "sparkly" than we both could have imagined. She also gave me a joking frown for pulling this switcharoo maneuver but it all worked out really well. My fiance truly loves the ring and she has been getting a LOT of compliments on its brilliance and elegance. Thank you very much for your help and service.

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
