I'd highly recommend Whiteflash for online diamond and jewelry purchases!

Thanks Whiteflash for my dream engagement ring! Their extensive selection of high quality, super ideal cut diamonds and jewelry designers surpassed all of the other jewelers we browsed - both online and in person. This selection, combined with the availability of diamond, ASET, and ideal scope images, made our online purchase easy, convenient, and worry free. The Tacori setting that we selected was beautifully made, with astounding detail and craftsmanship. The center diamond delivered the fire and brilliance expected from a super ideal cut, and the completed product exceeded our expectations! The customer service was excellent, and the Whiteflash team patiently worked with us through each step of the transaction. Shipping was also very prompt and easy. I'd highly recommend Whiteflash for online diamond and jewelry purchases! We've been extremely satisfied with the quality and value of our purchase.

I can't say enough good things about Whiteflash and the team. America is the absolute sweetest and so knowledgeable. Working with Becca is a breeze. I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
