I am so happy I took a leap of faith with Whiteflash.

I was so frustrated with my local dealers that I turned to shopping online out of desperation. I did a lot of research but still wasn't exactly comfortable making this purchase from my computer. I am so happy I took a leap of faith with Whiteflash. Whiteflash and their team were incredibly helpful. I felt they were honest, knowledgeable, and didn't make me feel like I was buying a used car. I went with A Cut Above Princess Cut and it is stunning. Of course every engagement ring I see now on other people is special (I can't help but look) all I can think is WOW what a difference. You really can see the quality difference with the naked eye. Even my insurance guy commented, "No really, this is quite a ring!" And of course she can't stop staring at it. Quality, service and competitive prices....thank you for helping to make our engagement a truly memorable experience.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

I was on the fence about sizing and design, but Jennifer was very patient and helped me through the whole decision process. Excellent product and even better customer service. Whiteflash is exceptional at what they do.
