I recommend Whiteflash 100%

Just received my diamond yesterday and it is beautiful. My experience with Whiteflash was awesome. If you are skeptical about buying a diamond online... Don't be. Whiteflash was great to work with and answered any question I had. They would send me any pictures and videos I asked for. Buying online is the new way to buy diamond. Most jewelers will obviously tell you not to buy online because it's to risky. That is not true, most jewelers bring in diamonds from online anyway to show you. It's not risky at all buying from Whiteflash, they give you a 30 day money back guarantee. By the end of my search I came to the conclusion it's more risky to buy in a store because you only have a certain number of stones to choose from. On Whiteflash, you can filter out diamonds you don't want, down to the smallest detail. In stores you can't. I recommend Whiteflash 100%. Do your research and know what your looking for! I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale.
