Thank you very much for all your help with the engagement ring! We LOVE the ring, it's so gorgeous! I have even skyped it so that my mom and grandma could see the ring real-time. And they love it too! I really appreciate all your help and advice throughout this process. You were very resourceful and pleasant to interact with, you offered great expert advice and were very patient with diamond novices like us. All in all, you are a wonderful team! Coming from business settings especially, we really can sense the level of commitment and quality you put into your business. Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
