Of all the searching online I did I found your website the easiest to navigate and more importantly, it provided me with the greatest amount of information. I was nervous at first about making such a large and important purchase online. Everyone at Whiteflash that I worked with made this process a great experience. I appreciate you taking the time to share with me my options and helping me create the perfect engagement ring. You listened to me and provided me with several excellent diamond options for the ring. Thank you for personally inspecting the diamonds and assuring me of their quality. You were quick to answer all of my questions both on the phone and through email every step of the way. All of the staff in the custom department did an excellent job as well. I appreciated being able to view the CAD design plans, suggest minor changes, and receive the adjusted CAD back so quickly. The ring itself was even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The designers took the plans I sent them and created a ring that is truly stunning and unique. The center stone and micro pavé diamonds sparkle and shine brilliantly even in low lighting. My fiancé loves her engagement ring and can't keep her eyes off of it.
