Thank you for helping me find the ring of my dreams

First off, I would like to thank you and everyone else who has helped me make this purchase. Thank you for helping me find the ring of my dreams, and hopefully it will be my SO's as well! It has been a long search, and I am happy that I have made the purchase through WhiteFlash. As for the ring, the ring is beautiful! When I picked up the ring, I was staring at the ring for a good 15 minutes in my car. There were shiny spots on the top of my car, as if it was a disco! Once again, I would have not been able to make this choice without you and your team. Thank you so much for your help.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
