The services that WhiteFlash provided were the best I could imagine

I was a little nervous about ordering such an important product on the Internet but after participating in a popular jewelry forum and discussing with WhiteFlash consultants, I made the order. In fact, all of the services that WhiteFlash provided were the best I could imagine. Advice by counselors was factual and never rushed, offering choices and opinions of my initial thoughts. Delivery was exactly as I had asked, to the day and place. In fact my fiancée was with me when I retrieved the package at the drop-off station. She thought it was another one of my orders and had no suspicion of the contents. The package was double packed and delivered with all the correct security. The two his & her cherry-wood ring boxes are absolutely beautiful. In the end, we are absolutely thrilled with the engagement right and two wedding bands.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
