A GORGEOUS diamond has met its new owner.

Well, I picked the ring up at FedEx on Saturday morning.(Of course I was there fifteen minutes before they opened!)I opened the package right there just to be on the safe side. Boy you guys pack things carefully. I could hardly keep from going mad before I opened the multiple boxes and bags and finally got to the jewelry box. Anyway when I opened it, this GORGEOUS diamond was looking up at its new owner. It is beautiful! The only downside is that my original engagement stone, -------approximately 45 pts.---, that I always thought was so beautiful and sparkly is truly on the dull side and not very well cut by comparison to this beauty. So obviously, I couldn''t be happier. This baby will be going to get appraised in a few days. I''m sure it will check out fine. Thanks again for being such a great help. When I''m ready to upgrade, you''ll be the first ones I come to. It must be fun to have a job that makes people so happy! Enjoy your day.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
