Must say thanks for the quick shipping to a different location than originally planned. Very impressed with the ring, especially due to the fact the Verragio setting was scaled down to accommodate a half-carat stone. I have examined the ring in many different lighting scenarios, and I am pleased to say the ACA diamond performs extremely well. All in all, the ring is exactly what I was hoping for, as was your customer service. Thanks for your patience with my often particular requests and your insightful recommendations. Purchasing from Whiteflash was a positive experience, and I will gladly recommend your services to friends who are in the market.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
