Thank you Whiteflash for the ring of my dreams!

It is the most beautiful ring, from the design, clarity, etc. My fiancé researched for a while and chose white flash because of their quality and superb service. I have a hearts and arrows cut diamond and it shines like no other! When I got the ring it was a little big, got it resized and it was too tight. I dealt with customer service and they were able to get my size customized and got it back to me in a timely fashion. I called and emailed quite a bit and they were always on top of everything. I appreciate all of the extra effort and expertise that went into my ring. Sure they are pretty pricey, but these people know their diamonds and let me tell you, the service you get with it is incredible! Thank you Whiteflash for the ring of my dreams!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash.
