I have been working with WhiteFlash for several years and their products and customer service are a true match to excellence! They have always answered my questions and addressed my concerns with such a wonderfu and professional l attitude. And I had MANY! It all started with their diamond ACA stud earrings in their handmade 6 prong setting. The stones are so beautiful and well cut that I am able to see the arrows in the stones without equipment! They really do sparkle and there is no mistaking their beauty and precision. You can see them even from across the room! I am on my third pair and am sure I am not quite done upgrading yet! With their wonderful trade in policy (you receive full purchase price credit towards an upgraded pair) and no requirement on how much more money you need to spend in order to upgrade, it makes it easy to upgrade to another pair with no hassle! They have now updated their website where you can "see" the diamond in motion - a very nice addition to the features they already offer (ASETS, IDEALSCOPE). For many of us, we do not get to see well cut diamonds locally and this is a great way to get exposed to such a beautiful cut. I am completely spoiled with their top of the line ACA diamonds! The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
