The whole purchase process was seamless

I purchased the A Cut Above diamond from Whiteflash online, along with a Ritani ring, and the whole purchase process was seamless. My initial questions on the website were answered by Debi (Whiteflash CEO) since all the other personnel were busy and this act helped me decide to buy the ring from them. I had also read great reviews online. I was able to get my questions answered, billing/invoicing was seamless, and Whiteflash was able to process a ring size change for me after I had already given them a different size. The diamond itself is great and below is what my fiancee said about it. I would definitely buy from Whiteflash again. -- It’s breathtaking! Was my first thought when he put it on my finger. Prior to our engagement and wedding, we had a discussion on the kind of ring I would prefer and I said my dream ring would be something simple and yet elegant. It’s that and more – beautifully crafted, has excellent workmanship and looks simply dazzling!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash.
