I purchased the A Cut Above diamond from Whiteflash online, along with a Ritani ring, and the whole purchase process was seamless. My initial questions on the website were answered by Debi (Whiteflash CEO) since all the other personnel were busy and this act helped me decide to buy the ring from them. I had also read great reviews online. I was able to get my questions answered, billing/invoicing was seamless, and Whiteflash was able to process a ring size change for me after I had already given them a different size.
