You guys understand customer service

I gave her the ring and I think it would be a HUGE understatement to say she was completely blown away by the ring!! Lots of tears and smiles. For us it's more than just a ring, but I wanted to thank you for your patience and guidance through this process. To say you guys understand customer service is another vast understatement. We are both in awe of how breath taking the ring is in size and brilliance...HOME RUN! Thanks again. I'm sure you will be hearing from me again in the future. Thanks a million.
