From start to finish the experience was amazing!

From start to finish the experience was amazing. The website makes it easy to breakdown exactly what you want and has so many choices. When I finally was ready the customer service through the chat was awesome. I was assisted throughout my entire ordering process and was given constant updates about the status of the purchase. When it was ready they even email photos of the purchase in high quality. The pick up process was smooth and easy. It looks even better in person. The follow up after purchase and after a month or so was very nice. Whiteflash has ensured that they will always be my first choice in diamond and jewelry purchases. A big thank you to everyone who assisted me with my transaction!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
