The ring looks absolutely beautiful! We are so happy with everything: the website was easy to navigate when I was searching for diamonds, the fact that you had ASET images for the princes cuts was fairly unique from what I saw on other sites and quite helpful in evaluation, customer service was the best I've ever encountered (not that I buy diamonds every week)...we are thrilled. We felt...how would I say it?...attended to. Thank you!

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
