A totally enjoyable shopping experience

The earrings are absolutely beautiful! Honestly when I received the photos prior to receiving the earrings I already thought they were beautiful but after seeing them in person the diamonds are a quality that was more than I expected. To my admittedly untrained eye they were completely eye clear. They pick up light from even the dimmest of lighting conditions. Anyway these were a 20th anniversary gift for my wife. She absolutely loves them. They are just the right size. Not too big to be gaudy but not too small to be lost on the ear. Basically everything I hoped for. She wears them with everything from Jeans to more formal work attire. I also need to thank you and everyone at Whiteflash for a totally enjoyable shopping experience. Your help In answering all my questions and your professionalism from my first call to the last email I received as follow-up were also a step above and beyond. I know I had some special requests for shipping and inspection times as I was traveling that you also helped me out with. EVERYTHING about my experience with Whiteflash was a positive experience. You and your company will be highly recommended by me and I hope to do business with you in the future.

Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
