Bob, After the tremendous amount of help you gave me in rush delivering the engagement ring just the week before I left for Europe, I couldn't help but send a note of thanks. Laura Lee and I met up in Florence, and I proposed in the setting sun up on the Cinque Terre of the Riveira. The ring fit perfectly, and looks absolutely beautiful. She said it all overshadowed the most hopeful dreams she had ever had for a proposal. We are set to get married next year. Thank you again for all the help. I would recommend y'all to anyone who asks about diamond rings. The service was suberb.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
