You made the experience comfortable and informative

First I want to thank you for your time and patience the first time we talked over the phone. At the time, that was my first contact with a representative from Whiteflash and you made the experience as comfortable and informative as possible. Since then I've been in contact with several other representatives and everyone has been just as friendly and knowledgeable. In regards to the ring, it is absolutely gorgeous and I couldn't be any happier with my purchase! She can't stop staring at the ring :) Again, I just want to thank you and everyone from Whiteflash for your support and expertise. We will definitely be ordering from you again when it comes time to purchase the wedding rings!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

The ring is great! I just proposed and she said yes!

We had a great experience with Whiteflash. We're very excited and the ring is beautiful and she really likes it. Not only did we love the ring, but also the service. We worked with Liza, and she was exceptional. She answered all of our questions, sent us videos of the ring when we weighing our options, and was very polite, professional, and responsive.
