I could not imagine a better experience

I could not imagine a better experience for such a big purchase. The Whiteflash team made everything so smooth, that I felt comfortable from the very first e-mail exchange. Everyone is simply fantastic. The result is incredible, I enjoyed better the online experience than my offline visits to luxury stores in Tokyo. I still can’t realize that I did it. I must say that with Whiteflash you will get every possible information you need. There is always someone nice and experienced either on the chat line or by e-mail to take care of you. I had a complete confidence in them and I can only recommend them to everyone. Every e-mail had a personal touch that made a difference. My advice to everyone is to go for the best cut. You will not regret it. The ring we received is simply incredible. You can eventually compromise on the color or the clarity but not on the cut. I could not compromise on much and the 3 stones ring I received was expensive of course but for the size and quality, It was nothing compared to top luxury brands and I know what I talk about as I worked 10 years in Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels.

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
