Words cannot describe how impressed I am with this ring!! The diamond you helped me choose was the perfect size, color, clarity and of course cut! It's absolutely stunning! The ring setting we chose was the perfect pairing as the halo and side stones make the overall ring sparkle so much! Me and my fiance (yes Fiance!) just got back from the Bahamas where I proposed to her! She absolutely loves the ring and has been receiving so many compliments already from family, friends and co-workers! Thank you so much for your guidance, expertise and patience during this process. The customer service at White Flash is truly top notch and you made this overall experience one that I won't forget. I will be personally recommend White Flash to anyone that I know who is planning to purchase an engagement ring.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
