Great from beginning till end

The service was great and very helpful from beginning till end. From selecting a diamond and ring to helping receive the ring in Canada within a week before my vacation, the sales team was able to accommodate all my requests and was able to answer the many questions I had. Their upgrade policy was also a big reason to purchase from them as it is much better than the local stores I went to. They were able to change the ring, ring size, and diamond after the sale free of charge.
