I couldn't have asked for a better experience

We love the band, it's exactly what we were looking for. The fit is great, too. The engraving is spot on as well. I couldn't have asked for a better experience throughout this process. A big thanks to the team for making this seamless and customer service was outstanding. With many things to plan for pre-wedding, it feels good that this was super easy and straightforward.

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
