I recently purchased .30 TW 3-prong martini set studs and they are beautiful! Every step of the process was efficient and informative, and all of my questions, including pointed questions regarding your return shipping costs, were answered in a non-confrontational manner. Having worked for a company with a massive warehouse operation, I can truly say that the packaging protection you provided is second to none, and it was nice to have that kind of assurance upon receipt. The quality of the cut and amount of light this pair gives off is stunning, especially next to a set of SI2 G''s purchased from an online competitor. While the two pairs are somewhat apples and oranges, the sparkle speaks to the great cut of your diamonds, which were absolutely worth the price difference. My girlfriend will be one happy girl.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
