The website, purchase experience, customer service, and shipping were all superb!

I just wanted to write an honest review of my experience with Whiteflash. As a follower of Pricescope for many years, I had seen and heard of Whiteflash across the forums many, many times. When it came time to purchase my wedding band, I wanted something that couldn't be found many places, but I stumbled upon it on Pricescope and then they directed me to Whiteflash. The website, purchase experience, customer service, and shipping were all superb! My ring is stunning and I cannot wait to have it on my finger 24/7. The craftsmanship is just beautiful and flawless and their communication was great! I especially loved that they provide pictures of MY ring prior to shipment so I can see in advance. Highly recommend them to everyone who will listen. And their prices are great!

We had a great experience with Whiteflash. We're very excited and the ring is beautiful and she really likes it. Not only did we love the ring, but also the service. We worked with Liza, and she was exceptional. She answered all of our questions, sent us videos of the ring when we weighing our options, and was very polite, professional, and responsive. I would recommend Whiteflash and Liza to anyone, they helped create a lifetime of memories for us.
