Fantastic, reassuring communication!

Fantastic, reassuring communication throughout the whole purchase process. This was especially important to me as I was getting the engagement ring shipped half way around the world to New Zealand. The quality is above and beyond anything sold locally and we could not be happier. Both of us couldn't be happier with it - it's perfect. Friends and family are stunned by it.
