My Whiteflash experience was exceptional! After numerous failed attempts at finding the right engagement ring at brick-and-mortar jewelry stores, I decided that my only option was to shop online. I was extremely skeptical at first. However, after a great deal of research I decided to go with Whiteflash and I am glad I did! The customer service and assistance offered by the Whiteflash team is topnotch. They have a great selection of diamonds (especially A-Cut-Above) and rings as well. The payment and shipping process is flawless. Every question I had throughout the process was answered quickly and accurately. Most importantly, the ring is perfect! Thanks Michelle and Whiteflash!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
