I can't say it any other way... Whiteflash is the best! After a ton of research over a period of several months, I selected Whiteflash for my love's solitaire engagement ring. From start to finish, we were thrilled with the choice and the WF staff went above and beyond at every turn! From the slick ordering process to the speedy delivery, we were treated like royalty. When the time came for us to select a wedding band for her, we turned to WF and they, again, dazzled us with their service and selection! We opted to use their team to custom design a wrap for her solitaire and in a short time we had the EXACT ring that we wanted. I consider myself a discerning and finicky buyer especially when it comes to any large purchase but WF exceeded my expectations at every turn and I encourage everyone to experience their world-class, white-glove service for yourself firsthand! Kudos to the entire staff for helping us create memories that will last a lifetime. Do yourself a favor and stop reading reviews... this one is all you need!

The bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected.

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!

My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier.

I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I love my beautiful pendant!

I had a wonderful experience ordering a lab diamond pendant from Whiteflash. It can be stressful ordering a piece of jewelry without seeing it in person first, but Liza was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I had the necklace customized with a slightly thicker chain, lobster claw clasp, and extender. The final piece was exactly what I wanted and much better quality than I found in local stores. I absolutely recommend Whiteflash!
