Robin and I wanted to let you know how pleased we are with the ACA diamond and custom setting. The modification you made to the original ring design was Absolutely Perfect! The ring is truly impressive, but we were even more impressed with your dedication to customer satisfaction. Your desire to listen and attention to detail is a rare commodity these days and is reflected in the final product. I know buying a diamond online can be a little intimidating, but after our experience with WhiteFlash it will be our only recommendation to friends and family. Thank you for helping make our 25th anniversary memorable.

We worked with Liza, who patiently and diligently guided us through the complicated world of diamond specifications and helped us find exactly the diamond we wanted at a value we felt great about. We weren't exactly the easiest customers (we may have tested her patience a little!), but she was incredibly knowledgeable, gracious, and attentive throughout the entire process.
