The ring is nothing short of spectacular! I am so happy with it! When I opened the box for the first time, the elegance of the setting and the beauty of the center and accent diamonds completely exceeded my (very high!) expectations. I proposed over the weekend, and it was a huge success! Everything was perfect, including the ring. She absolutely loves it, and she can't stop looking at it. (And neither can I!) I am confident that I could not have made a better decision in choosing Whiteflash. Your products and your value are unbeatable. You all have been a dream to work with from beginning to end, and your customer service should be a case study for other companies to learn from, no matter the industry. I also really appreciate all of the details included in the purchase experience: prompt and regular correspondence and updates, the professional studio shots of the ring, the cherry ring box, and great packaging. Thank you for your help and guidance with the center stone selection, working with my timeline, and meeting my shipping needs. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.

The ring is great! I just proposed and she said yes!
