My Ring is Breathtaking

Brent proposed Friday night, and my ring is breathtaking. It looks better than I could have ever imagined. I wanted to thank you for all your help--it was greatly appreciated. You were so great to work with, and did an excellent job. I just stare at my hand all day! Brent even managed to surprise me, even though I knew my ring was coming. He was waiting for me at the airport when I was flying home from working in Kansas for 2 weeks, and he was standing at the bottom of the escalator with a sign that said, ""Allena, will you marry me?"" It was perfect, and the ring just capped off an incredible moment. I would recommend WhiteFlash to anyone who wanted a superior diamond without paying retail prices! Thanks again for everything!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
