Customer Service - Top notch! I worked with Brittany and she always answered my questions in a timeline fashion through e-mail, and was always available on the phone. I didn't feel pressured to go one way or another. We started off looking for a princess, but I went 360 on her and decided the ACA round was the better route. She provided me great personal opinions and helped me get the perfect diamond. She also helped me plan everything around our schedule which was beyond what I could of expected. The shipping was well packaged & their other support team has been wonderful and receptive in case I need to return it for resizing which is free 1 time. Price - My mantra is you get for what you pay for & while you can get more carat for the buck, it probably won't look as nice compared to diamonds that are in the A Cut Above category. Quality - The manufacturing and science behind their ACA category diamonds is phenomenal. It may sound gimmicky, but when I got my engagement ring, the sucker sparkled more compared to my fiancee's friends rings who were GIA excellent. I swear my fiancee is turning into gollum from Lord of the Rings because of this. To end my review, yes buying a diamond ring online can be daunting and scary, but a place like Whiteflash takes all the worries away. There's definitely a lot more reasons that make this company great which you can read about on their website like (Warranty, Upgrades, etc) that I won't be able to do due diligence so I won't. You won't be disappointed!
