I wanted to put into words how HUGELY appreciative I am of all of your help and expertise in providing such a fantastic product and service. Both the ring and diamond are totally stunning and my fiancé is totally delighted! I had the ring valued for insurance purposes soon after receipt, and the valuer opined at what a beautiful diamond and setting it is. Thank you also for putting up with my millions of questions! Your patience in answering these questions, and your reassurances along the somewhat stressful journey of making such an expensive purchase made me feel at ease throughout and gave me the confidence that you (and Whiteflash) were the right choice for my purchase. I will be recommending Whiteflash to all of my friends and colleagues. We communicated with a lot of jewellers around the world as well as within the UK, and Whiteflash were literally in a totally different class. So once again a MASSIVE THANK YOU Brittany, you are a credit to your company and your profession. I meant to send a message last night to confirm that I picked up your package, but I was temporarily blinded by my diamond's sparkle, so I couldn't see the computer screen ;-) I am truly amazed, not only by the gorgeous diamond, but also by your presentation, and how carefully you packaged everything. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
