Today I received my ring and could not be happier. The piece is flawless and absolutely stunning. This is my first time purchasing jewelry online. I compared several recommended websites and Whiteflash stood above all others. The site was easy to use, had stone certification documents, and very helpful optical views. My first contact with Whiteflash was with Debi through the website chat feature. I was immediately impressed by the professional and knowledgeable agent. Magen Roccaforte followed up that contact with an emailed introduction. My experience working with Magen was exceptional. She was prompt, very knowledgeable, and instrumental in the creation of this beautiful ring. Magen also answered some questions I had during fabrication. Additionally, I appreciated her suggestions when choosing one of several recommended center stones. Vera Wages kept me updated on the project status and notified me when the delivery was pushed back two days. I appreciate the timely communications. Lastly, Marcela Sillero provided beautiful photographs of the finished ring. These pictures gave me incredible piece of mind while I waited for the shipment to arrive. The pictures are a very nice touch which enhanced the whole experience. The delivery package with documents and ring box was very nice as well. This was hands down the most pleasant jewelry buying experience. I am breathless with anticipation to slide this engagement ring on to my partner's finger. No doubt she will be in awe.
