I have been observing and evaluating the ring and the diamond's performance in varying light during the course of the week when time and opportunity afforded so and I am so glad that I placed my trust in you and Whiteflash. The diamond is absolutely stunning and reflects so much light even on a cloudy and overcast day. As you have reassured me many times, the diamond is completely eye clean and I could not spot the inclusion on the table from underneath once it was in the setting. The craftsmanship of the ring is impeccable in its precision and how the diamond was set into it. I could not be happier with the end result. I hope my soon to be fiance agrees with my assessment. I wanted to thank you for all the help you've given in making this happen. The prospect of purchasing a diamond online was a daunting task, but you've made it a seamless and pleasant journey.

I meant to send a message last night to confirm that I picked up your package, but I was temporarily blinded by my diamond's sparkle, so I couldn't see the computer screen ;-) I am truly amazed, not only by the gorgeous diamond, but also by your presentation, and how carefully you packaged everything. My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
