Where do I start?! I shopped a few jewelers prior to making my purchase at Whiteflash (Rice Village Diamond/Robbins Brothers). None of the others were able to provide an experience that rivals Whiteflash. Whiteflash and their staff exceeded not only my expectations, but those of my fiancé as well. We are both extremely satisfied with the finished product. The jeweler was able to capture my vision of the perfect fully custom engagement ring perfectly! The fiancé loved it! (Probably why she said yes) Thank you for all of your assistance in the process, Becca. You, Vera and the rest of your team have been nothing less than ultimate professionals. You all made the process pain free and enjoyable, all while staying on budget! I highly recommend Whiteflash to anyone looking for wedding/engagement pieces. You can't go wrong - Whiteflash' perfect rating should give you peace of mind!

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
