I'm super happy with their work and quality!

I've purchased multiple things now from Whiteflash, a ring and a set of earrings. Their customer service has been fantastic to work with and always leaves me feeling happy. I'm super happy with their work and quality and highly recommend them to anyone. When comparing prices, they have very competitive natural diamond prices for the quality they offer. For the cream of the crop, you have their A Cut Above, but if you're looking for the best value/quality, their premium select is still top notch with a slightly cheaper price point.

I can't say enough good things about Whiteflash and the team. America is the absolute sweetest and so knowledgeable. Working with Becca is a breeze. We have worked with them for over 8 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else for fine jewelry. They can answer any question, can arrange to meet any need, and are very efficient and quick when you contact them, either by phone or email. They truly are the best!

I had such a great experience working with Becca at Whiteflash! I was looking for a very specific pear-shaped lab diamond, and she was incredibly helpful, patient, and personable throughout the process. She took the time to answer all of my questions and sent me multiple photos and videos of the stone in different lighting so I could really assess it before making a decision. Although that particular pear ultimately wasn’t the right one for me, I ended up purchasing a stunning lab diamond tennis bracelet with Becca’s help. She went above and beyond to make sure we chose the right size for my small wrist, and the bracelet was even more beautiful in person than I expected. Her customer service didn’t stop after the purchase, either. I was having trouble figuring out the secure clasp when it arrived, and she quickly sent me a video walking me through exactly how to use it. The entire experience felt personal and never pushy. Becca genuinely seemed invested in helping me find pieces I would love rather than simply making a sale. I’ll absolutely be returning to Whiteflash for future purchases and would highly recommend working with her!
