It was the best online purchasing experience I have ever had and maybe the best overall.

She absolutely loves the ring and the stone. She says it is perfect. This is who you should buy your diamond from. I just purchased an engagement ring and the product is great. More importantly, the customer service is amazing. If you are shopping for a diamond you need to check out Whiteflash and you need to engage their customer service. They were super helpful and made me confident I was picking out the right stone as buying diamonds is new to me (and probably most guys). Way better than the pushy sales people when purchasing in person or the cold experience one generally has when purchasing online. This was hands down the best purchasing experience I have ever had online. It gave me a lot of confidence making a purchase I knew little about.

My engagement journey was really difficult; initially I bought the diamond from Whiteflash but I wanted a hometown jeweler to make the setting. Two jewelers later and DAYS to go before I had to leave for the proposal I received the ring back from Whiteflash-they made the setting with an incredibly tight turnaround. QC and the design was absolutely on point. She was over the moon to get and wear her “prize”. I couldn’t have done any of this without Michelle acting quickly to make this all happen. Definitely tense situation on my end but Whiteflash made everything happen. And does this diamond perform-the video says more than I could.
