They were super helpful and made me confident I was picking out the right stone as buying diamonds is new to me (and probably most guys). Way better than the pushy sales people when purchasing in person or the cold experience one generally has when purchasing online. This was hands down the best purchasing experience I have ever had online. It gave me a lot of confidence making a purchase I knew little about.
