Amazing Experience

I have just purchased an engagement ring from your company and I was writing to tell you what an amazing experience it was. I have to admit that I was a little skeptical making such a large investment on an item without seeing it first. Whiteflash was timely in her correspondence with me and I never felt like she wasn?ˆ™t right there to answer any questions that I had. If all of your employees are doing half as good of a job with their clients as you have done with me than you have really done something great with your business. I have recommended your website to all of my friends who are shopping for rings right now. I received the ring this morning and it is gorgeous, more than anything I had expected it to be. Everything from the timeliness of my order, the quality of the product, and the amazing service she supplied me has made WhiteFlash the only place to shop in the future. I am located in Florida and completely satisfied with my experience in purchasing an engagement ring with Whiteflash. I mainly worked with Becca who is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me while explaining certain differences. My fiancée loves the ring and couldn't be happier. I had an amazing experience working with Liza to pick out my fiancée’s engagement ring. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and made what can be a pretty overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. Liza took the time to understand what I was looking for and was never pushy. Her guidance throughout the process gave me a lot of confidence that I was making the right choice, and the final result was absolutely beautiful. Most importantly, my fiancée absolutely loves the ring! The proposal went amazingly, and I’m so happy I was able to work with Liza to find something so special for such an important moment in our lives.
